The Skelmorlie Golf Club Blog

Skelmorlie club blogs can include golf result write ups with photographs if appropriate for a particular competition.  Any unusual or special local area golf related news. News about social events that are or have happened – including anything special occurring at the clubhouse.  Upcoming or held fundraising activities – maybe to encourage individual involvement, contributions or simply reporting on how successful the activity was and what was raised. New developments or changes at the club.  Special recognitions – new course record or outstanding performance or a important contribution to the running of Skelmorlie Golf Club. Projects that are coming up that would require volunteers for a particular date and time, and the details of the type of project such as the skills if any that are required, special equipment etc.

Skelmorlie Golf Club 2017 Junior Prize Winners...

Well done to all the juniors who played this year - we have seen some excellent progress in many of the juniors this year in the somewhat variable weather conditions over this summer. This is now the end of the junior golfing year and we look forward to seeing you all back next year, with hopefully a few more additions. Indeed maybe we can encourage a few girls to come and try the game of golf next season at Skelmorlie.

Everyone Aged 10 to 18 will of course be very welcome to come and join us at Skelmorlie Golf Club on a Monday evening at our junior sessions and in our regular junior competitions.
